Bowl For Kids' Sake Team Sign-up

Fill out the form below to register a team for the Bowl For Kids' Sake. Each team should consist of 4 - 5 bowlers with each bowler having a goal of $50. A bowler can be any age or skill level. Remember this is about having fun while raising money to help children.

Once your registration is received, you will receive an email to confirm your entry.  Once your entry is confirmed, you will be sent pledge envelopes along with the team rules and team captain instructions. Your bowling time will also be confirmed. Bowling times are subject to availabilty.  If you would like a t-shirt, you must select a size.
